Nicely located just far enough from the epicenter of Sandton but still very close. Allows you to navigate your way to other places very easily. Super friendly staff. Great and deep swimming pool.

It was very clean and neat.

It was very clean and neat. The pool area was like an oasis and very conducive for relaxing. The staff were friendly and courteous which is rare these days.

It’s definitely starting to show it’s age.

It’s definitely starting to show it’s age. Aircon and door lock didn’t work in the room. Was moved to another room. Shower leaked all over the floor. Not likely to return unless revamped.

The rooms need some revamping. My bathroom there was grass on the floor it wasn't spotless as I expected. Coffee station not filled up. Could loudly hear other people from other room next to me

Great Stay Once again, but no Room Phones

Still great facility, well kept, clean fresh and a real breath of fresh air!

Worried the chef had had a bad day! Had a really bad supper, with a chicken salad starter laden in pepper, completely inedible. Steak for mains... would you know it! Layered in pepper, barely medium, just edible if you scrape off peppers. Pepper needs to be an option, not THE HERO of the dish. And the phones were pulled out, like literally pulled out from the wall. So you cannot order room service, you have to go and order from the restaurant, and of which the only person who was available had no clue about their menu, and struggled to converse coherently. Simple things like a phone to reception is very important guys!!

Served a purpose. Good value

Property was in need of maintenance. Old fixtures and leaking shower broken fridge, old light switches that did not have text on them. I didn’t realise the switch was heater in the bathroom. Silicone joins in the bathroom are mouldy and tile are cracked. Needs a freshen up paint job in the bedrooms etc

Warm and friendly facility with good location and amenities just needs some polishing up.

I really enjoy the Falstaff but this trip was a little disappointing. We had one 2 point plug in the room that didn't work. So I could not charge my phone in the room or use my hair iron. We stayed 3 nights and on the second night room was not cleaned with turn down. There was also a check in error whereby I paid for 2 adults including breakfast on check in and was told I had to pay R195 per day for my spouse. I produced proof of my booking for 2 adults and the issue was eventually cleared up. However it was quite frustrating and stressful. Aside from that it was a good stay but I do hope the facility will look at fixing their plug for room 105 and possibly upgrade to USB plug points for people who travel for business.

Excellent service

The breakfast was amazing. Jacqueline Ncube made the best omelletes. The area is nice and quiet. Perfect for a romantic vacation.

Booked 1 room with 2 adults for 2 nights. On the first day was told that the breakfast only applied to one person. We had to pay extra for my wife's breakfast, we thought that was a bit weird. Fix that please.
